Lorca by the Creek

When fairy Lorca woke up this morning and stuck his head out of his cosy nest, he was delighted to see that the sun was finally out after a whole week of rain! He quickly trotted off to favourite place to sunbathe down by the creek. All the flowers were opening in the morning light and everywhere insects and other little creatures were out and about celebrating the sunshine. The full creek sounded so lovely trickling away and as his black fur got nice and toasty-warm in the sun he drifted off into a light snooze.
