The Beginning

My goal has always been to craft beautiful creations that inspire joy. In 2019 I was a cake decorator making sugar flowers and getting ready to do my third art exhibition. Then 2020 came along and there were no more wedding cakes or art exhibitions so I started an online business making cat heat packs called Comfort Cats.

Comfort Cats

Comfort Cats were hand crafted heat packs that each came with a name collar, adoption, certificate, and a personalised introduction letter. Between 2020-24 over 500 Comfort Cats came into the world and found loving forever homes.

Star Sign Calendar

It wasn't long before I expanded into more cat-themed arts and crafts. My first calendar in 2022 was star sign themed and featured my new Instagram cat friends who had welcomed me into the wonderful online cat community!

These were some of my favourite artworks to sell as posters because people had so much fun picking out their own star signs.

Cat Butt Calendar

My most popular sticker designs in 2022 were cats showing their butts so my second calendar I did Aussie Cat Butts! These artworks were such a hit and never failed to make people chuckle. In fact, 2 years later in 2024 I had someone recognise me at a market hoping for another cat butt calendar! But alas, I had moved on to fairy cats hahah

Pottery

I love sculpting things with my hands and with a background in cake decorating, I was keen to try out pottery! My most popular creations were 'cat cave mugs' and custom cats in flowers.

Digital Art

Learning digital art allowed me to create digital pet portraits, and design products like enamel pins, stickers, and more! It has also helped me improve my art skills tremendously. 10/10 would recommend to other artists!

Markets & Vend Marketplace

I have been very fortunate over the years to be a part of many markets and other small business opportunities including Brisstyle Markets, Made Local Markets, and Canberra Old Bus depot markets. Between 2023-24 I also had little physical shop spaces at Vend Virginia Vend Annerly in Brisbane.
